Description

Thyme is an aromatic herb, an aromatic perennial evergreen plant, with medicinal, culinary and nutritional benefits. Thymes are also used for ornamentals, as they produce natural soothing fragrances. It is botanically called Thymus Vulgaris and a genus of Thymus, a branch of the mint family (Lamiaceae). It is also related to the Oregano genus of the mint family.
