Description

Sage, Salvia Officinalis, is a herbal plant native to the Mediterranean and South-Eastern Europe. The most useful part of the plant is its leaves. The leaves are used in making medicine. It is a perennial evergreen plant that belongs to the Lamiaceae, the Mint, family and a close relative of the sage, oregano, thyme and the like. Sage herb grows to a height of a foot or more, with greyish green lance-shaped. The reality with the sage is that it has the capacity of supporting the treatment of various medical challenges, with no known harmful side effect in conditions like digestive problems, loss of appetite, memory loss and loss of other medical condition.
