Cancellation Policy

GRASFiN allows hosts to choose one of the three cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate and Strict). Whichever policy is selected will take effect and thus protect both the host and the guest. In special cases mainly is applied very strict cancellation policies and only after discussion. For all reservations over 28 days is applied the policy term cancellation. All hosts must declare in their registration clearly the cancellation policy below. Guests must be at all times  aware of the consequences if they make cancel their booking on "Cancel".
Flexible: Except for  the amounts for fees ,the full amount of the reservation for cancellation up to 1 day before arrival is refunded.
The fee for the cost of cleaning will be returned to the visitor if he does not stay at the accommodation.
The amount for the supply of GRASFiN is not refundable.
If the visitor complains about the room or the host should GRASFiN be informed within 24 hours of his arrival.
Mediation of GRASFiN will be in case of conflicts when necessary and will have the final decision.
Official cancellation occurs when a visitor clicks the cancel button on the list management, -Your trips - change or cancellation.
The visitor Refund policy can replace the Cancellation policy in case of cancellation for reasons of security or if there are mitigating reasons. Be aware of these exceptions.

A. To be a 100% refund the cancellation  should have been  at least 24 hours before the date and time of arrival. If the arrival time is not specified, means 15:00.
That is if the visitor’ s  arrival day is Tuesday will be until Monday before 15:00 that you can cancel your reservation.
For a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the date and local time of arrival (if not determined as arrival time is considered to be 15:00). For example, if the arrival day is Friday, cancel the booking until Thursday of that week, earlier than the arrival time.
B. The money for the first day of the stay is not refunded if the guest cancels the reservation less than 24 hours before the arrival date.
If the guest cancels the reservation less than 24 hours before arrival, the money for the first night are not refundable.
C. Money for the remaining nights that will not be staying 24 hours after the official cancellation, if the guest wants to leave earlier than the date booked , are refunded.
If the guest decides to leave earlier after having arrived, the amount for the nights stay that  will not make 24 hours after the official cancellation is  fully refunded.
Moderate: Besides the supplies,  amount is refundable if cancellation is made 5 days prior to arrival.
The fee for the cost of cleaning will be returned to the visitor if he does not stay at the accommodation.
The amount for the supply of GRASFiN is not refundable.

If the visitor is already in place and want to leave earlier than expected departure date, the amount for the days that remain 24 hours after the cancellation is returned by half (50%).
If a visitor reaches the place and decides to leave early, the amount for the overnights not made 24 hours after the cancellation, is returned 50%.
Strict: Out of supply is 50% refund of the booking amount if the cancellation is made one week prior to arrival.

If the guest cancels the reservation less than 7 days before, the money for the remaining overnights are not refundable.
C. If the visitor is already in place and want to leave earlier than expected departure date, the amount for the days remaining is non-refundable.
If a visitor arrived in the area and decide to leave earlier, the money for the remaining overnights are not refundable.

Long Term: One month deposit. The cancellation policy applies to each and every booking more than 28 nights and the notice of the contract should  be 30 days earlier.

A. In case the guest has booked for long-term rental and want to cancel the contract before the date specified in this , the amount of the first payment is paid in full to the host.
If the guest books for long-term rental and decides to cancel the long-term rental contract before the start date, the first payment is fully paid to the host.
B. In case the guest has booked for long-term rental and want to cancel the contract while he is already staying in the hotel, this will be done by using  the online modification tool and  agree with the host for a new departure date. The guest must pay the host for 30 days after cancellation or until the original agreed date regardless of the final date of departure to be agreed if the rest of the days are less than 30.
If the guest  makes a reservation for long stay and decides to cancel the long-term rental contract during the stay, then the guest must use the electronic modification tool to agree on a new departure date. Regardless of the date of departure you choose, the guest  must pay the host for 30 days after the cancellation date or the date of departure of the initial reservation, if the days remaining compared to the original reservation are less than 30.
